SaRa Technique

SaRa Technique is an Egyptian practice. This is a three part series for people coming together to open their heart charka first and then going on an inner vision quest to understand and listen to what their Spirit is saying. Dr. Melinda Arnold believes through this technique you will learn practices and processes that connect to your soul and vision, releasing negative patterns that no longer serve you.

First, Dr. Melinda Arnold will introduce you to the Mer, to open your heart, to have the desire to release the pain that has been sealed there for thousands of years. There on an ancient technique cal led une-sage a recast that then use portals and instructions from open up the heart-seals. The second stage is the Ka which in ancient Egypt signified that a person has a spirit in his/her body walking around. This will lead you to the third which is the Ba, the soul.

In this workshop Dr. Melinda Arnold will prepare people to do their own vision quest with this very of having the heart's desire to understand and unify their ra's.
